The staff are responsible for:

Interpreting and executing the curriculumKeeping a record for each child throughout their time with Emmer Green Pre-school and writing reports to the next setting Taking care of special needs children

Staff regularly attend Pre-school Learning Alliance courses and conferences to keep up to date with new ideas on Pre-school education, care, development and play. Staff are required by Social Services to record any concerns they may have regarding a child’s welfare.
